AI Changes How We Learn to Code
AI changes how we learn to code, but I don’t think it makes writing code less important. It’s more about shifting focus - understanding concepts, debugging, and problem-solving matter more than memorizing syntax/frameworks. AI can handle boilerplate, but mastery still comes from experimenting, building, and truly understanding what’s happening under the hood. That's how my work with Cursor happens - you still need to understand exactly what's going on and guide the AI.
