Multitasking Is Making You Less Productive

Multitasking is making you dumb. Seriously, your brain hates it. You think you’re getting more done, but really, you're just half-assing everything and fooling yourself into thinking you're a productivity genius.

Ever tried texting while having a conversation? That’s exactly how your brain feels every time you juggle 5 tasks at once. It’s not efficiency - it’s chaos. Your focus gets sliced into tiny, useless pieces. Your work ends up sloppy, your memory tanks, and you probably have to redo half of it later anyway.

Do you know the worst part? It feels productive. "Look at me, handling everything at once!" when in reality, you're just training your brain to be permanently distracted (train your brain to mimic ADHD-like symptoms).

So if you ever wonder why deep work feels impossible, or why you can’t read a page without checking your phone - well, now you know. Wan to be actually productive?

Do. One. Thing. And. Do. It. Well.

Then move on.
