Not a popular opinion but - I think you can see where the next breakthrough in AI might come from. It usually takes China about 4 to 7 years to create a new one because they have pretty much everything within easy reach. As their experience grows and designs become more standardized, construction time is expected to shorten even further.
Meanwhile European countries (Germany or Spain) have been closing nuclear plants and shifting to solar and wind...
