Company Culture Is Trust, Not Perks

Hot take: Most "company culture" is just a PR stunt. A ping-pong table won’t make employees forget about burnout. Free coffee won’t make up for lack of respect. And no one actually bonds over those forced team-building exercises - they just want to get back to work (or go home).

Real culture isn’t about perks; it’s about trust. It’s about leaders who back their teams, colleagues who respect each other, and an environment where people can actually thrive - not just survive between ‘mandatory fun’ events. Want a great company culture? Ditch the gimmicks and start treating people like they matter.
