Technical Deflation: Why Projects May Never Start

Do you know what is "technical deflation"? The idea is simple: building software keeps getting easier and cheaper because of AI. Models get better, tools get smarter, and what used to take months now takes weeks.

Now, the interesting part - it makes more sense for people to start delaying projects instead of building now. You think: If I wait 6 months, it’ll be easier. Looks like, in this world, being late isn’t a disadvantage anymore. You get better models, cleaner tools, and you don’t have to build insane workarounds like the early pioneers.

➡️ Tech is deflating so fast that the risk isn’t moving too slow - it’s never starting at all.
