I'm a huge fan of flat organizational structures and firmly believe this is the optimal and most productive way to grow a company. Amazon’s recent move to cut layers of middle management and focus on individual contributors highlights a trend I’ve always championed: fewer barriers, faster decisions, and empowered teams.
