AI Video Could Make Learning Stick for Kids

As a father of three, I’ve spent a lot of time trying to explain the world to my kids - everything from how money works to why the sky changes color at sunset. And over the years, I’ve noticed something simple but powerful: when information is delivered in a humorous or interesting way, it sticks so much better.

That’s why watching the recent progress in video generation (what Veo 3 is doing) is honestly 🤯. Not just from a tech point of view, but as a parent. I recently came across this "Troy Vlog" video, and it left me utterly speechless - it's creative, funny, and surprisingly informative.

It made me think: why shouldn’t we teach our kids history like this? Or science? Or even grammar? We already know kids absorb stories way better than dry facts. So what if we started using AI-generated videos as a new form of educational entertainment?

Not to replace teachers or books, but to complement them - to add that spark that makes kids curious, engaged, and eager to learn more. Honestly, if my kids had the option to watch a stylized, story-driven version of the Trojan War instead of reading a dry paragraph about it, I know which one they’d pick - and which one they’d actually remember.
