Built a subscription system with Google Play and App Store
I’ve been thinking about integrating RevenueCat for subscriptions as a replacement for my current payment system. Instead, I decided to learn (through building in @levelsio style) - how subscriptions work with Google Play and the App Store, and I ended up building a fully integrated subscription system myself.
After just a few prompts with Fable, I was able to build the foundation surprisingly easily. Of course, you still need to tweak things here and there and adding missing features, but overall, it works pretty well!
As a bonus, I now get real-time purchase notifications in Telegram. Next step is rolling it out across my other apps.
It’s amazing how fast you can move nowadays!
