Indie Hacking SEO Startups feedback learning product

I'm getting a lot of different feedback from KidTeller users. Some say that certain features aren't implemented but would be great to have, while others mention that specific parts need improvement. However, when the improvements are easy to make and the customers are happy, it's such a joy and really motivates me to keep going.

You’re changing dozens of tiny things at the same time, half of them invisible, without really knowing which one matters. Most days it feels like guessing ....

And then slowly ... something began to take shape. The feedback starts to sound different. Fewer "confused" questions, more "this feels right".

I’ve made so many small improvements that, finally, it looks like they’re paying off 🥹

This is what searching for product–market fit actually feels like - messy, quiet, and impossible without customers who are willing to guide you.
