China Deploys Medical AI at Scale in Real Hospitals

🇨🇳 China aggressively pushing medical AI in real hospitals.

In Tsinghua Hospital, they’ve deployed 42 AI-powered doctors and nurses across 21 medical specialties. They ran 10,000+ simulated patients in just a few days and reached 93.06% accuracy on MedQA.

That’s the volume that would take human doctors years to accumulate!

In Boao, they opened what’s being described as the first fully AI-native hospital. On top of that, models from DeepSeek are already running in 260+ real hospitals across China.

While most of the world is still debating benchmarks, papers, and "what ifs"… China is cooking!

You can argue about risks, ethics, edge cases - all valid. But at the same time, there’s something undeniable here:

➡️ real-world iteration beats theoretical perfection ⬅️

The following approach always wins:

1️⃣ test at scale 2️⃣ learn fast 3️⃣ deploy in real environments 4️⃣ improve from feedback

It’s a completely different mindset compared to waiting for perfect validation.
