Entrepreneurship Is Solving Problems Wherever You Work

Entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting a company - it’s about solving problems, whether that’s in your own business or within a company you work for. It starts with frustration. You notice something that’s broken, inefficient, or just way harder than it should be, and instead of accepting it, you think, There has to be a better way. That’s the key.

Maybe you go all in and build something from scratch, but sometimes, entrepreneurship happens inside a company. It’s that moment when you suggest a new feature, push for a different approach, or experiment with an idea that no one else is paying attention to. Some of the biggest innovations started this way - like Gmail, which was born inside Google when an engineer thought, Email should be better. Instead of waiting for permission, they built a prototype, and the rest is history.

That’s the essence of entrepreneurship: seeing a problem and having the drive to fix it, whether you’re running your own business or working within someone else’s. If you’ve ever taken the initiative to improve something - no matter where you did it - congratulations. You’re an entrepreneur. Welcome to the club.
