Why the Right Co-Founder Matters for Solo Founders
I failed many times being solo, but what I learned is that finding the right co-founder is crucial. Ideally, they should be a domain expert. For example, a long time ago, I met some guys who started a rental business - they understood how it worked from the inside and helped build the system. Now, their product generates millions (economybookings). More recently, I met a guy (introduced by a friend) who knows how to sell and already runs a business that found a niche with huge income potential. We partnered up and started building a product - he began selling it even before we had a prototype!
